Eric Ginn, Partner
Eric Ginn is a highly accomplished results driven executive with diversified industry experience including manufacturing, distribution, information technology and retail; in both domestic and international business arenas. Throughout his career he has led organizations into high growth environments utilizing both direct and indirect sales channels to maximize revenues. His ability to develop and lead teams, while applying creative business approaches, has enhanced the success of the organizations he has worked with. He recently owned and operated a franchise organization with both manufacturing and retail operations, which he doubled in size before selling.
Eric has extensive B2B and Retail sales leadership experience and has worked with executive level clients across numerous industries including companies such as Albertsons, Bridgestone, IBM, McCain Foods, Ryerson Steel, Safeway, Samsung, SuperValu, and W.W. Grainger. Eric excels at developing and deploying value propositions that align deliverables with client requirements to produce rapid results. He is experienced at building high performance sales teams and expanding geographic coverage with effective channel strategies.
Eric began his career in Operations Research with General Foods. He subsequently joined Control Data Canada and rose to the position of Divisional National Sales Manager. Before moving to the United States, he established the most profitable foreign subsidiary for Pansophic Systems. Eric has worked with start-up companies as well as led turnaround opportunities.
During his career, Eric has won numerous awards in sales and sales management consistently exceeding revenue goals. He has also developed creative compensation and reward programs to drive and reward performance for sales organizations.
Eric received his undergraduate degree in Quantitative Methods from Concordia University in Montreal and his MBA from the University of Chicago. Originally from Montreal, he now lives in the Chicago area with his wife Sharon and has a daughter who is an Economist with The Analysis Group in Montreal. Eric and his wife enjoy golfing and traveling with friends.
