Darin Leonard is a professional with over 20 years of diversified experience incorporating enterprise wide leadership within the Fortune 500, as well as a start up and high growth Entrepreneurial background.

Mr. Leonard is a visionary with the ability to simplify complex challenges within organizations and deliver cultural transformation. His three dimensional approach has delivered breakthrough growth consistently throughout his career

At OneAccord, he serves as the Regional Managing Partner for the Northwest and is responsible for supporting a powerful and gifted group of Partners as well as coordinate market relations and business development. During his tenure at OneAccord, he has developed breakthrough sales and marketing strategies and processes for Fortune 500 consumer goods companies, manufacturers, retailers and professional services firms.

Prior to joining OneAccord, Mr. Leonard was CEO/President of the Maytag Stores, a cutting edge appliance retailer. As CEO of the Maytag Stores, he embarked on an unprecedented market entry with multiple stores over a one year span. His organization was widely considered an industry leader in the terms of market entry, sales methodologies, local marketing strategies/negotiations and customer service. Many of his practices were adopted nationally by prominent retailers and he is consistently sought to contribute articles for industry magazines and publications as well as train wholesale and retail sales organizations.

Before starting his own business, Mr. Leonard held executive leadership positions in sales, marketing, channel management & product development through to manufacturing within the Maytag Corporation. He possesses vertical expertise in the areas of sales strategy and leadership, channel sales, marketing, media planning, product development, enterprise wide integration and cultural transformation. During his tenure at Maytag, he led national sales organizations, negotiated annual contracts in excess of $300MM, managed marketing budgets in excess of $32MM and led functional areas that incorporated manufacturing, R&D, logistics, I.T. and finance into the sales process with key clients. Prior to his work with Maytag, Mr. Leonard held numerous sales & leadership roles with the Jenn-Air and Magic Chef companies.

Throughout his career Mr. Leonard has consistently won awards as a top producer. He was a multi-year member of Jenn-Air's Presidents Council and was awarded the Presidents Cup as the top salesperson within the Maytag organization. A high point of his Maytag experience was when he was voted the corporations Employee of the Year in 1998 for negotiating the Sears/Maytag strategic partnership.

A deeply committed husband and father of three amazing boys that share their Fathers passion for baseball, Mr. Leonard currently sits on the Board of Directors for a retail company and two non-profit ministries.
